Application Process

The enrollment process could be overwhelming, so we have outlined a

simplified approach to registration. Plan well and apply in advance as

most of our programs are high in demand. Need help? Let us know, and

we will assist you!

Step 1: Application

Step 1

  • Complete the AGA Academy Application Form online, or in person.

  • Obtain your Alberta Student Number through ApplyAlberta

  • Submit a copy of your transcripts, certifications, and other supporting documents along with your application, online or in person.

Step 2: Assessment

Step 2

  • After we receive your application and complete documents, our team will contact you to meet with our Admissions Advisor.

  • Successful completion of the Admissions Exam. This exam assesses your language and academic skills to help place learners in the best program stream.

  • We will review your application and determine eligibility for admission.

Step 3: Review

Step 3

  • You will meet with our Financial Advisor to assist you regarding your Student Loan application or answer questions you have regarding paying your tuition.

Step 4: Acceptance

Step 4

  • Upon acceptance into AGA Academy, we will release an admissions package that includes Letter of Acceptance, class schedules, student identification, parking tags, course materials, and other supports particular to your program.
