Tips to Balance School/Work/Life
Bees symbolize wisdom, dedication and hard work. They are truly meant for success! They are effective communicators and good stewards of treasure.
"Our treasure lies in the beehive of our knowledge. We are perpetually on the way thither, being by nature winged insects and honey gatherers of the mind". – Nietzsche
Communication
Good communication skills can play an essential role in nurturing positive school, work and work experiences. Listening carefully and offering quality feedback helps people to feel heard and understood. This, in turn, fosters mutual respect. Communication within a group creates a more favourable environment for the team. What's more, if the team feels like they can talk to anyone about any concerns/queries, this creates trust and loyalty.

Success
While most people think that they are finished being students when they graduate from college, successful people remain students. They are constantly learning new things and having new experiences. They are life-long learners who push themselves out of their comfort zones. They aren't afraid to try new activities and fail at them.
