Tips to Balance School/Work/Life
Bees symbolize wisdom, dedication and hard work. They are truly meant for success! They are effective communicators and good stewards of treasure.
"Our treasure lies in the beehive of our knowledge. We are perpetually on the way thither, being by nature winged insects and honey gatherers of the mind". – Nietzsche
Good communication skills can play an essential role in nurturing positive school, work and work experiences. Listening carefully and offering quality feedback helps people to feel heard and understood. This, in turn, fosters mutual respect. Communication within a group creates a more favourable environment for the team. What's more, if the team feels like they can talk to anyone about any concerns/queries, this creates trust and loyalty.
Hard work is the first step towards intelligent work. Through hard work, we gain experience; it helps us discover many new things. This experience enables us to think smartly to solve a critical problem and succeed. Hard work makes us push our limits and do better than we used to. When we work hard, we learn many things, making us grow in life.

True wealth is choosing how you live and spending your time on things you value greatly. Time is the most valuable asset. One thing you can do with extra time and money is explored more. Travel gives advantages and leads to living a meaningful life.
While most people think that they are finished being students when they graduate from college, successful people remain students. They are constantly learning new things and having new experiences. They are life-long learners who push themselves out of their comfort zones. They aren't afraid to try new activities and fail at them.
Take a long-term view. Wisdom is the ability to put aside short-term gain to make decisions that serve the longer horizon—investing in yourself through additional schooling to develop your career is a wise decision.
